Al Noor Herbal did not begin in a factory or a boardroom. It began in a clinic in the quiet moments between a practitioner and a patient, where conventional medicine had reached its limit, and something deeper was needed.
Muhammad Faseeh, a practicing Hakeem, and Dr. Komal, a physiotherapist who also holds a degree in herbal medicine, had spent years treating patients from both ends of the healing spectrum ancient wisdom and modern science.
A bridge between tradition and modern care
Together, they developed what they call Adjunct Therapy: a philosophy that does not choose between tradition and modernity, but draws from both to truly treat the person, not just the disease.
Their work was shaped by observation, responsibility and years of practice with the belief that beneficial knowledge should not remain limited to the walls of a clinic.
We believe in Ilm-an-Naafi' beneficial knowledge. We have a responsibility to act on what we know and share it beyond the walls of our clinic.

The name is a tribute to their late mentor, Hakeem Sufi Noor Khan Sahib, who taught them not just formulations, but how to understand people, how to support those who had lost hope, and how to carry themselves with humility and sincerity. Noor lives on in their clinic, in their brand, and in the name of their daughter.
Built on decades, not days
The formulations were refined across decades by their mentors, then observed in clinical practice for over seven years, collecting real patient experiences before a single product was ever offered to the world.
When the idea became a calling
As people continued to reach out every day, the need became greater than what two healthcare professionals could handle one-on-one. That is when the idea became a calling to create trusted herbal products rooted in knowledge, experience and sincerity.
Al Noor Herbal was created to make that care more accessible, while staying connected to the same values it began with: humility, responsibility and trust.
